The Foot Collective Cork Mobility Ball
Brand: The Foot Collective
Sometimes the simplest tools end up living beside the sofa. Meet the TFC Cork Mobility Ball!
We talk a lot about stretching (like with Wild Toes) and building skill (like with the Foot Sack), but what about release? That's where this little ball earns its keep.
It's a dense, firm ball made from 100% natural Spanish cork, shaped for targeted myofascial release. It's the perfect way to:
-
Release tension through the plantar fascia (that band along the bottom of your foot)
-
Work into the tight spots in your calves and lower legs
-
Restore tissue elasticity and blood flow after long days on your feet
Because it's cork, it's naturally antimicrobial, shock-absorbing and fully biodegradable. Firm enough to get into stubborn spots, forgiving enough that you'll actually keep using it. Mine lives beside the sofa: feet up, roll it underfoot while watching telly, and two minutes later they feel like new.
To use it, sit with the ball under one foot and slowly roll from heel to toes, pausing on any tender spots for 20-30 seconds while you breathe. Lean a bit of weight into it for more pressure, or ease off if it's too much. It works brilliantly on calves too: prop your leg up and roll the ball along the muscle.
The Foot Collective was founded by physiotherapist Nick St. Louis to help people rebuild strong, capable feet, and 1% of revenue goes towards reforestation.
