All styles are zero-drop and flex fully in all directions for natural foot movement

Canvas (adults & kids): Best for average wide to wider feet, average to higher insteps, wide toes and dominant big toes; narrower in the heel
Sandals: Best for medium to wide feet, average or low insteps; can work for narrow feet with high insteps; narrower in the heel with adjustable ankle strap; great for beginner barefoot walkers
