About Wildsole
Wildsole handcrafts premium barefoot sandals in Yorkshire, England — built for adventure, designed for natural movement. Every pair features a zero-drop sole, Vibram rubber (made in Italy), an Oeko-Tex certified slip-resistant footbed (made in Spain), and twin-stitched tubular webbing straps (made in Nottingham or the UK). All styles are 100% vegan friendly and available in a wide size range from children to adults.
All-Round & Adventure Sandals:
- MAMTOR — best all-round barefoot adventure sandal; 8mm Vibram Woodstock Morflex sole; 200g (UK 8)
- HAWK — ultra-grippy for rocky and slippery terrain; 6mm Vibram Mega Grip sole; 250g (UK 8)
- BADGER — off-road sandal for muddy terrain; 8mm Vibram Claw Super Newflex sole with claw-like grip pattern
Lightweight Sandals:
- LYNX — best lightweight adventure sandal; 6mm Vibram Cherry sole; 145g (UK 8)
- HARE — thinnest adult option; 4mm Vibram Lisk sole; 130g (UK 8)
- OTTER — maximum ground feel for slacklining, highlining, and tree climbing; 4.5mm or 6mm Vibram Lisk sole
Minimalist & Kids:
- BEAR — lightest adult sandal for daily walks and short runs; 8mm Vibram Woodstock Morflex sole; foot sits directly on Vibram; 140g (UK 8)
- GOAT — kids' version of the BEAR; 8mm Vibram Woodstock Morflex sole; available in Black, Brown, Emerald, Navy, and Olive; sizes 28–34

Adults need 0.5–1.0cm of space; kids need 0.8–1.5cm of growing room beyond their foot length.
Width Matters
Barefoot shoes have wide toe boxes, but width fitting is just as important as length for comfort.
