Zero-drop means the heel and forefoot are at the same height, promoting natural posture and alignment. Most conventional shoes have a raised heel.
How do I transition to barefoot shoes?
Start by wearing them 1-2 hours per day and gradually increase over 2-4 weeks. Some soreness is normal as your foot muscles strengthen.
How do I find the right size?

Yes, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £130, with most orders dispatched the same day when placed before 12 PM.

We offer 30-day returns. Please note that outbound and return postage are non-refundable, and we recommend tracked shipping for returns.
