Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of purchase for unworn shoes in original condition.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size, you can return your item within 30 days and place a new order for the correct size. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Condition: Shoes must be unworn with original packaging and tags attached for returns.

Suede Upper

Brush gently with a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap. Avoid soaking in water — if wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Use a suede protector spray before first wear and reapply regularly to guard against moisture and staining.

Insole

Remove and air out the OnSteam® insole regularly to keep fresh. Hand wash gently if needed and allow to dry fully before reinserting.

General

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid machine washing.

Are these shoes true to size?

Blusun lasts are shaped to accommodate natural foot volume. We recommend measuring your foot and adding 10–12 mm. If you're between sizes, size up.

Are they suitable for wide feet?

Yes — the anatomical wide toe box is specifically designed to give toes room to splay, making them ideal for wider feet.

Can I wear these without socks?

Absolutely. The organic cotton and microfibre lining and OnSteam® insole are designed for comfort and moisture control whether worn with or without socks.

Are they waterproof?

The Italian suede leather is not fully waterproof. We recommend treating with a suede protector spray for water resistance.
