A wide toe box means the front of the shoe is shaped to allow your toes to splay naturally, rather than being squeezed together. This improves balance, comfort, and foot health.
What does zero-drop mean?
Zero-drop means the heel and forefoot are at the same height, promoting natural posture and alignment. Most conventional shoes have a raised heel.
How do I transition to barefoot shoes?
Start by wearing them 1-2 hours per day and gradually increase over 2-4 weeks. Some soreness is normal as your foot muscles strengthen.
