The Angles Chronos 2.0 is a handcrafted barefoot derby dress shoe that looks indistinguishable from a classic high-end office shoe - but with zero-drop alignment and full anatomical toe freedom. Originally developed in the Czech Republic using orthopaedic research data and now handcrafted near Porto, Portugal. Available in Black and Dark Brown.

Materials & Construction

• Upper: 100% premium Italian smooth leather, chosen for its durability and elegant finish
• Lining & insole: Premium microfiber textile for a soft, anti-friction interior with moisture-wicking breathability
• Fastening: Open-lacing Derby system that adjusts precisely to different midfoot volumes

• Outsole: 3mm ultra-thin flexible rubber for maximum ground feedback
• Drop: 0mm (true zero-drop) for natural posture and spinal alignment
• Insole: Flat, no artificial arch support - your foot's muscles do the work
• Weight: Just 228g per shoe (size 43+ without insole), 250g with insole
• Last: Built on a last developed from 3D scans of 1,056 pairs of feet (research with Tomas Bata University, Zlín)

• Dual-width sizing: EU 37–42 built on a standard last for medium feet; EU 41+–46+ built on a wider last for medium-wide and true barefoot shapes
• Toe box: Anatomically accurate with generous room for natural toe splay
• Instep: Medium - highly adjustable via the open Derby lacing
• Heel: Soft, non-rigid heel counter for a secure medium-heel fit without pressure points
• Unisex: EU 36–46

Care Instructions

• Before first wear: Treat with a waterproofing spray to protect against water and stains
• Cleaning: Do not machine wash. Brush off dry dirt with a soft shoe brush, then wipe with a damp cloth
• Conditioning: Regularly apply a natural, colourless leather balm to keep the leather supple
• Drying: Air dry at room temperature - never near radiators or direct heat

• Available in EU sizing - check individual product size charts for inner length and width measurements
• How to measure: Measure your foot length while standing, then add 5-10mm for movement allowance
• Some styles offer both Standard and Wide last options
• All styles feature a wide anatomical toe box for natural toe splay

Leather styles: Treat with a quality waterproofing spray before first wear. Clean with a soft horsehair brush and damp cloth. Condition regularly with natural colourless leather balm. Air dry naturally - never near heat sources.

Canvas styles: Hand wash with mild soap and cool water. Air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash.
