The Wall & Paper Method
A simple 5-step process you can do at home with just a piece of paper, a pencil, and a ruler.
Room to Move
Adults need 0.8–1.2cm of space; kids need 0.8–1.5cm of growing room beyond their foot length.
Width Matters
Barefoot shoes have wide toe boxes, but width fitting is just as important as length for comfort.
