This simple little thing might just be one of my favourite movement tools. Meet the TFC Foot Sack!

We talk a lot about stretching (like with Wild Toes) and release (like with the SoleMate), but what about skill? What about coordination, dexterity, and focus? That's exactly where this comes in.

TFC created this as the perfect tool to help us have FUN while we train our feet. It’s the perfect way to:
