Think of it as the ultimate tool for a happy foot. It's not just a random shape-The Foot Collective designed this brilliant little tool to perfectly target and release the deep tissues in your sole (especially that stubborn plantar fascia!).
It’s all about creating movement, restoring blood flow, and helping your feet feel... well, like feet again! It’s an essential part of my own routine for breaking up tension and keeping my feet mobile, supple, and strong.

- SoleMate: Roll under the sole of the foot to target the plantar fascia - ideal for tired, achy, or tense feet as part of a daily mobility routine
- Wild Toes: Simply insert between toes and wear while relaxing, doing mobility work, or walking around the house
- Cork Mobility Ball: Use solo or in groups - pick up with toes, balance on, or incorporate into dynamic foot workouts; firms softens with use
- Foot Sack: Practice foot-eye coordination and dexterity by picking up, balancing, and playing with the sack using your feet; firms softens with use
