A Note on Finding Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right size is the most important part of the barefoot journey. While the official advice varies, we've spent some time with these in person and want to give you the Barefoot Brit lowdown.

We really recommend checking the size guide in the photos on this one and checking them against your actual foot measurements as we've found them to come up a little small. Even if you usually take a certain size in other brands, please take a moment to measure your feet in centimetres and compare them to the chart. If you are right on the edge between sizes, we definitely suggest opting for the larger size to give your toes that essential room to splay.

In terms of shape, these are a medium volume shoe and generally offer a very good, secure fit for most foot types.

Best For Dry Days

While these trainers are built for action, it is worth noting that they are not recommended for use in wet weather. To keep them looking their best and your feet feeling comfortable, we suggest saving these for the gym or those lovely dry, crisp days outdoors.
