At BarefootBrit Shop, we want to get your new shoes on your feet as quickly and reliably as possible. As a small, dedicated team, we personally pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

🚚 Shipping Options

We use Royal Mail Tracked services so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.99

    • FREE on all orders over £50!

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.99

    • Available on all orders regardless of total cost.

Dispatch Time: We aim to action every order as speedily as possible. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can watch it arrive.


🔄 Free 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your barefoot journey. If your shoes aren't quite right, we offer Free UK Returns for up to 30 days after your delivery date.

Important: Return Condition Requirements To receive a full refund, items must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition. This means:

  • Unused & Unworn: Shoes must be returned in the exact same condition you received them—clean, hair-free, and showing no signs of outdoor use. Please only try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.

  • All Packaging: All original tags, inserts, and tissue paper must be included in the return.

  • Protect the Shoe Box: The branded shoe box is part of the product. Please do not use the shoe box itself as the outer mailing bag. Wrap the box in a mailing bag or put it inside another cardboard box. Do not stick tape or return labels directly to the branded shoe box, as this prevents us from being able to resell the item.

How to Return

  1. Get in Touch: Email Daniel@B2Barefoot.co.uk with your order number.

  2. Receive Your Label: We will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for you.

  3. Drop Off: Securely pack your shoes (protecting the original box!) and drop them at any Royal Mail delivery office or Post Office.


🛠 Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of the shoes we stock. If you believe an item is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

  • Manufacturing Faults: If a product develops a genuine manufacturing fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Wear & Tear: We cannot offer refunds for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage (e.g., scuffs, scrapes, or using shoes for activities they weren't designed for).

  • How to report: Email Daniel@B2Barefoot.co.uk with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.
